SHIPPING PACKAGING:

We use a variety of packaging methods depending on the product type and destination country.

Posters up to A4 size are shipped flat (up to 100 posters per package).
Posters larger than A4 are shipped in tubes (up to 5 posters per tube).

Our frames come pre-packed with corners and wrap and are then packed in a box with strong edges for protection.


RETURNS POLICY:

Each print is made to order just for you, so once you’ve hit “submit order”, it’s locked in - I’m unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering errors.

SHIPPING:

Our fulfilment team package and ship orders on time. Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is no longer under my control. The carrier is responsible for any delays, damages, or lost parcels in transit. It is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking information provided to ensure successful delivery. If there’s an issue during transit, kindly reach out to the carrier directly.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at purchase, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that both the shipping address and email address are entered correctly at checkout.


DAMAGED ITEMS:

While every order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in good condition, occasionally damage can occur during transit.

If this happens, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and include a few clear photos of the print and packaging so I can take a look and sort this out for you as quickly as possible.

As all prints are made to order, replacements are provided in place of refunds for damaged items. Once confirmed, I will arrange a replacement to be printed and shipped to you so you receive a perfect copy.
