What size are the bead holes?

Unless stated, I usually make beads on thin mandrels, 1.6mm or 2mm.

I don't make jewellery, do you make beads into jewellery?

If you see beads you like, I can make these up into pendants, earrings etc for you. If you look in my jewellery section you will see some examples of my work. From the listing you like, click the link under the picture requesting a custom order. From here you can send me a message! I also have chains available to buy if requried!

When will my order ship?

The lead times are on each listing (See shipping and policies). If an item is in stock it usually ships within a few days (usually next day). Made to order does take bit longer, depending on what you have ordered and how much custom work I have on. Once it is sent, I do send shipping notifications via Etsy. Incase you miss it, please check you spam box or alternatively, you can check your orders under your account - purchased & reviews!

Lost or delayed items

For items lost or delayed in mail, I will endeavour to find out what has happened by contacting the relevant courier. If an item is lost. I will offer a refund or a replacement, depending on discussion with customer. Please note that this is only possible on the courier's T&C's - for Royal Mail, this is usually 10 days after the original due date, so a refund or replacement would need to wait for this time - https://www.royalmail.com/retail-compensation-policy-loss Other couriers may vary

Customs & Duties For USA Buyers

USA Buyers NB from 19th Aug 25; orders are subject to import tariffs & duties. From 29th August, USA government are scrapping the $800 de minimus, any duties due on orders sent via USPS must be paid before entering USA (US Government directive). Etsy is not currently set up to show this separately, I will add these fees into the shipping costs and remit via the courier booked to deliver. Any orders placed will ship after the 29th August to prevent packages being returned if they arrive after 29th, and to prevent any additional costs! These duties are non-refundable. This does not effect other refund policies or refunds! Good news, as they are sent duty paid it means less cost than sending duty unpaid AND they'll pass through CBP quick
