Arirang Heart Temporary Tattoo 💜

1. Peel off the clear plastic sheet.
2. Place the tattoo face down on clean, dry skin.
3. Press a damp cloth firmly over the tattoo for about 20 seconds.
4. Slowly peel off the paper and let the tattoo dry for at least 30 seconds. Do not touch it while drying.

Gently rub with baby oil, cleansing oil, or rubbing alcohol.
