We had problems with the order, but eventually resolved with the seller.
Very very disappointed for the price of this bag should’ve only been worth five dollars just unbelievable that a $60 purse was sold which is only a five dollar purse. I am so disappointed in you Etsy with your sellers that you have on this site. The purse is cute, but it is poorly poorly poorly poorly made. Do not buy people do not buy. Do not spend your money from this seller very upset.

Update: Seller told me they would give a partial refund weeks ago but they are stalling until I change my review. Definitely don't recommend ordering from this seller. Bag is cheap looking and not worth the price. Seller pretends they want to solve the issue but they don't. Telling me I should take care of things on my end first aka change my review! Pretty expensive for a cheap bag. Definitely not leather trim, it's the cheapest plastic looking leather. It looks like the picture but in person the faux plastic non leather used make it seem cheap. If this purse was $15 dollars maybe acceptable. I would love a refund!
