How long will shipping take?

We aim to dispatch your item within 2-4 days of receiving a confirmed order and ship all our items with Royal Mail on their Tracked 48h service. Tracking will be added to the purchase page once the item dispatches. Ordering outside of the UK? Dispatch times are the same as above however shipping may take up to 14 days.

Do you accept returns?

We can accept returns on non personalised items. Personalised items: We will accept a return if the items has not been made in accordance to the selected options (For example you asked for Red and we sent Blue). If the items has been made in accordance to the selected options we are unable to accept a return. Please reach out to us if you have concerns with an item and we are happy to help work it out.
