■ All requests for refunds must be made within 3 days of receipt of your item. Refunds do not include shipping. ■ We take extra care in packaging all of our items before shipment to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Though the frequency of damaged items shipped from zoesvintagechic is very rare, however breakage does occur from time to time. Should you find your item has been damaged, please take photos of your broken item inside the box with packaging, a photo of your shipping label on the outside of the box and the item must be taken to your local post office for any postal inspections. When inspections are finished I may also require the defective or damaged items be returned to me. Please send these photos to us and a description of the items broken.

■ RETURNED ITEMS: **Please note that a 10% - 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns. This will be applied when a customer is returning a product that is not defective or that they simply do not like. As different computers or different monitors may display colors and graphics differently our images may look different to customers than we actually intend them to be. ** ■ A 10% - 15% restocking fee will be applied to all orders returned to us marked as Refused unless this return method was arranged with us prior. The final refund for a return marked as refused will not include the original shipping cost.

Cancellation Requests:

Please message us with cancelation request within 3 hours of purchase. We can not cancel or refund an order if it has shipped.

Returns on Handmade Purchases Wreaths?

All sales are final; however I believe in my products and stand by them 100%. Since these are handmade items, there could be a time when there is a defect, please contact me within 2 business days of the receipt of your item. If you have any questions, please convo me. Are your wreaths safe for outdoors?

The materials I use are considered durable to moderate outdoor exposure however the wreath, fabric and items may fade faster than others over time due to exposure to the sunlight. I recommend hanging your wreath on a exterior door that has a slight overhang. If you know there is a big rain storm coming where the rain or wind may come in contact with the wreath, I suggest taking your wreath off the door until the storm passes. Taking care of your wreath should give you many seasons of enjoyment.

How do I Ship Handmade Items?

I ship my handmade items in sturdy corrugated boxes and wreaths are wired to the bottom of the box to ensure it will not move during shipping.

My item arrived broken, what should I do? Keep the box, all the packing material, and the item until the claim is resolved. 1. You file a claim with the shipper yourself and get a refund from the shipper. 2. I can file the claim. Please send me pictures of: - All sides of the box exterior, - Pictures of the box interior and packing, - Closeup of the damaged items area, and picture of the whole item. Note that the shippers can take as long as several months to resolve a claim.
