What do I receive after purchasing and what file types are included?

Your files are available for instant download the moment your payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped physically. All designs are delivered as high-resolution transparent PNG files at 300 DPI, sized to a minimum of 12" on the widest side.

How do I download my files?

Your digital files are available immediately upon purchase. To download: Sign in to Etsy.com using a web browser (downloads aren't supported in the Etsy app). Go to Your Account → Purchases. Locate your order and click Download Files. Etsy will also send an automatic email containing a download link. ⚠️ If you paid via Apple Pay or logged in with an Apple ID, downloads may only be accessible through the Purchases page on Etsy.com.

Can I download my files on a phone or tablet?

Yes! You can access your files on a mobile device, but you must use a web browser such as Safari or Chrome. The Etsy app does not currently support digital downloads.

Can I use these designs to make products I sell?

Yes! Every Pokey&Bear design includes a Standard Commercial License. You may create and sell unlimited finished physical products that you make yourself, including shirts, tumblers, tote bags, and more. To use our designs with print-on-demand services (Printify, Printful, etc.) or sell printed transfer sheets, simply purchase our one-time Extended Commercial License. It covers all Pokey&Bear designs you currently own and any you purchase in the future.
