I absolutely offer gift wrapping services at $0 extra cost. Please include this request as a message or note with your order.

Book Sleeves: Spot clean only with a wet microfiber cloth. Air Dry only. Bookmarks: These are laminated so can withstand getting wet accidently. Stickers: Waterproof and dishwasher safe.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, I require the item be sent back to my shop before issuing a full refund within 30 days. You will be responsible for shipping costs back to my shop via USPS, UPS or Fedex. If you need to exchange item the same rules apply.

Order showed up broken

Hey, things happen while in transit. Totally understandable. Send me a picture of the damages and I’ll recreate the order at no cost and resend within 1-3 business days. Each item comes with damage insurance at no cost to you from the time the order is shipped and 14 days post delivery. After 14 days, I will not replace the order.

Custom and personalized orders

Send over your vision and I will do my best to accomodate. If you need a custom note for a birthday or holiday I am happy to provide one to your recipient.

Book Sleeves - I will need at least 2-3 days to complete your order as every item is truly made to order just for you. Stickers - Ready to ship! Bookmarks - Ready to ship!

If you cancel BEFORE the item ships, you will receive 100% of your funds back to you. If you cancel after the item has been shipped, you will only receive a refund once the item is returned back to my shop safely. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning the item back to my shop.

My order never arrived

If the status shows "delivered" through tracking, please allow 2 extra business days for actual delivery since sometimes the system gets ahead of itself. If still unresolved via USPS although item still shows delivered, I will remake the item and send it back out again. I do NOT refund orders as I cannot get my time or cost of materials back for creating the first item nor can I get my package back and inventoried back into my shop if lost indefinitely. Refunds only apply to orders that have NOT shipped from my shop yet.

I designed and created these book sleeves using a combination of high quality felt, embroidery yarn, glass beads and corduroy fabric. Each detail in the design you see is done by hand. I then used my sewing machine to assemble the final pieces together.
