Please keep in mind that I run this small business on my own with the help of my husband here and there. If there is ever a delay in your order I am working as fast as I can to get it finished and shipped out to you. All orders are very important to me and I hope that this reflects through the freshies I make and the customer service I provide.

My Freshies are made with the best quality aroma beads, fragrance, and micas that I can find. Freshies can last up to 3-6 weeks, but will last longer during the winter months. You may notice a stronger scent during the summer months, but they are also likely to fade faster during this time. Every fragrance is different and some scents will smell stronger than others. It is possible that you can go nose blind, but others will still be able to smell it. Think of it like wearing you favorite perfume; you may no longer smell it, but others around you still compliment you on the scent.

When ordering, please make sure to check that you have the correct shipping address. Once purchased I am no longer able to change the address. Orders are shipped through the US POSTAL SERVICE. Once the post office has possession of your order, I am no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or any delayed packages especially during the holiday season. All issues will need to be handled by your local post office.

+ Freshies should only be hung up on rearview mirror or turn signal handle
+ If your car will be sitting in the hot sun for a long period of time please remove the freshie
+ DO NOT set them on the floor of your car, dashboard, etc
+ DO NOT leave within reach of children or pets
+ Please use upon receiving for best results
