Can I return/exchange my order?

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for defective items or those damaged during shipping. To receive return instructions, please contact us within 14 days. Returns are only accepted if items are in their original packaging and are in new, unused condition. As our cases are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges beyond the conditions outlined above. We will not accept forced returns/refunds or orders otherwise returned to us without prior communication.

What if I have an issue with my order?

We strive to provide the best quality products with a seamless experience for you. Still, sometimes things happen, so if there's anything wrong with the item you have received, we will do our best to fix it. In the unlikely event that you have an issue with your order, please contact us directly via private Etsy message with photos of the problem(s) so we can assist you as soon as possible.

Return To Sender/Incomplete Addresses

Your order will be sent to the name and address you provide. By placing an order with me, you agree to verify that the name and address you provided are accurate, complete, and current. If your order is returned because of a missing or incorrect name, or if the address is incomplete or incorrect, you will be liable for the cost of re-shipping. Returned items will be reshipped only and will not be eligible for a refund.

Can I cancel my order or change my address?

As my printing partners and I work very hard to process/fulfill/ship your order as quickly as possible, it is very difficult to cancel/change order details once they have been submitted. If your order was placed within the hour, please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate, but I cannot guarantee it. As a result, once an order is in process of fulfillment, tracking information has been provided and/or the order is in transit, I cannot cancel or adjust it.

Some of the items in my order are missing. Where are they?

There is a possibility that your order will ship separately if you have more than one item. Don’t worry, they haven’t been forgotten! Upon shipment, tracking information will be provided for each item.

I'm not sure what phone model I have?

SAMSUNG and GOOGLE phones - Go to the Settings or Options menu, scroll to the bottom of the list and check 'About phone', 'About device' or similar. The device name and model number will be listed APPLE iPhones - Go to the Settings menu, General, and select About. The device name and model number will be listed.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 2 - 5 business days for production as we practice mindful consumption which means we only produce what we sell (made on demand). We feel this is incredibly important to the environment as it reduces unnecessary waste. Your patience is appreciated.

This is a beautiful case for my new phone - and it turns out that the 3 buttons on the side work MUCH better than 2 buttons, which so many othern Galaxy S36U cases have! (The volume control has 2 buttons, which also makes it MUCH easier to take screen shots because you need to press the vol. down button & the power button at the same time.) I can't report as to phone protection because I haven't dropped it yet.

Great case- looks just like the images. I was eager to get it so I didn’t have to walk around ceaseless, so when it kept pushing the arrival date back I was disappointed, but it came in a reasonable time!
