1.-Can I change my shipping address?

Yes! If your shipping label hasn’t been created yet, we can update your address. Just send us a message as soon as possible. We will happy to help.

If you need to make changes, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase. After that, the order goes into production, and modifications aren’t guaranteed.

3. When will I receive my order?

We typically take 2-5 business days (on average, 3) to create your item. After that, shipping usually takes 2-5 business days within the U.S. Please check our shop announcement for holiday processing times, as these may vary.

3. What if my order never arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived, please check the following: • Your shipping confirmation to ensure the correct address was entered. • If the package was left at your local post office or with a neighbour. If the shipping address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If everything was correct and your package is missing, message us through Etsy, and we’ll be happy to help figure out the next steps. Please note: We don’t refund orders due to carrier errors.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since our products are made on demand, we can only accept returns/exchanges if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or mislabeled (wrong size received). 📌 We do NOT offer size/color exchanges.
