I was very happy with the quality of the shirt and it arrived exactly as shown. Unfortunately, I made an error when placing my order and entered the wrong year. The seller didn't catch the error either and I was never sent a proof before hand. I wrote 50-1996 and it should've been 1976. While I completely understand that the seller produced the item exactly as ordered, I reached out hoping for a little understanding. The response felt dismissive and lacked the level of customer service I was expecting. The product itself deserves praise, but the interaction left disappointed. If customer service is important to you, this is something to keep in mind when ordering personalized items.
