Can I cancel my order? All customers have the right to cancel their order for 2 hours after purchase. After this time we will not be able to cancel as we can start work on your order immediately. Do we provide proofs? We do not provide proofs or pictures prior to dispatch on any of our standard items. We will only provide proofs or pictures if expressly agreed prior to purchase on custom items. We will agree with you (the customer) the number of proofs / pictures.

Where will my order be posted?

All orders will be posted to the address you have on file with Etsy. Please check it prior to ordering and upon checkout. Any orders that are returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will incur new postal charges. These charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address.
