Great customer service. Very responsive
Shipping and delivery were excellent. Nothing to complain about. Very happy with the product, it is as described in the advertisement.
Scam alert scam alert. I discovered too late that this item must have been purchased from Temu. It is cheaply made, has visible white plastic parts not shown in the pics, and worst of all, it comes with glue rather than mounting hardware (even though the description indicates “wall-mounted.) At first I tried to get the seller to take a return. He was reluctant at first but then gave me an address. The address is in the UK, but the item came to me from New Jersey. This is what tipped me off that the item was clearly from Temu. I did a reverse image search and found the Temu item. My loss is your gain. Do not buy anything from this seller!

We absolutely take legitimate concerns about product quality and listing accuracy seriously. If an item arrived with missing or incorrect mounting hardware, that is something we would have preferred to resolve directly with the buyer rather than have assumptions about our business posted publicly. We respect that every customer may have a different experience, but calling a small shop a “scam” based on assumptions about the item's source is not an accurate representation of our business or the experience of our other customers.
