Turquoise color was almost clear blue and couldn’t be seen on the white.

We hate to hear of any disappointment with your hats. The turquoise is definitely a brighter/lighter blue when put onto white, but should still be legible. We haven't heard anything message wise from this customer in regards to this concern.
