Can I personalise my jewellery? Yes — all McKenzie Glen Studio pieces can be engraved with something meaningful to you, such as a name, date, initials, coordinates, or a short message. Can you engrave my own handwriting or a photo? Yes. I can engrave handwriting or photographs on selected pieces. Simply send a clear photo or scan when ordering (instructions are in each listing). How do I send my personalisation details? Enter your text in the personalisation box at checkout. For photos or handwriting, upload via Etsy messages after purchase. How much text can fit? This depends on the piece size. As a guide: • Front: 1–3 words or a short date • Back: short message (up to ~10–12 characters per line) If you’re unsure, just ask

How should I care for my jewellery? To keep your McKenzie Glen Studio piece looking beautiful, avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products. Jewellery is best worn after applying cosmetics and fragrances. Can I wear my jewellery in water? We recommend removing jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising, as moisture and chemicals can affect the finish over time. Will the engraving fade? Engraving is permanent. With normal wear and proper care, it will remain clear and readable for years to come. How should I store my jewellery? Store in a dry place, ideally in the original McKenzie Glen Studio box or a soft pouch to prevent scratches and maintain shine.

Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes — all McKenzie Glen Studio jewellery is beautifully gift wrapped as standard. Every piece is presented in our signature jewellery box, ready to gift. Will my order arrive ready to give? Absolutely. Each item is carefully packaged in an elegant box with protective wrapping, making it perfect for gifting straight away. Can I send an order directly to the recipient? Yes. You can enter the recipient’s address at checkout and your order will be sent directly to them, beautifully packaged. Do you include prices or receipts in the parcel? No — orders do not include pricing information, so they’re safe to send as gifts.
