Each piece is made by hand, so small details can be adjusted with care before production begins. Please send your measurements, reference photos, or design notes before ordering. Custom pieces are made especially for you, so they cannot be returned unless there is a clear making fault.

Because our shoes and boots are handmade, we care a lot about getting the fit right. We offer US, UK, and EU sizes, and we can also guide you if you have wide feet, narrow feet, a high instep, or any special fitting concern. For the best result, please share your foot length and width before placing an order, especially for custom footwear. If you are unsure about your size, message us first. We would rather help you choose carefully than let you order the wrong size.

Good leather becomes more beautiful with time when it is cared for properly. Keep your handmade leather shoes, boots, bags, and accessories away from too much water, direct heat, and long sunlight exposure.
