This is an ***absolutely stunning*** vintage Adrianna Papell gown from the Y2K era. It’s bold purple & covered in allover paillette sequins. Definitely check the video to see how much the sequins pick up & sparkle in the light.
A note about the color: It seems to be right at the line between purple & blue. I think it’s technically purple, but you may see it in person & consider it royal blue. Awesome complex shade either way.
The dress is lined with cutouts at the chest & back, with a split at the back center. The dress zips down the back & has a double clasp at the back neck.
An absolutely amazing & striking retro formal piece! 🧜♀️🧜♀️
Flaws: A sequin is missing at the back neck (see photos), & realistically, another sequin or two may also be missing. But I didn’t see anything else, & the one at the neck is super subtle.
Does the dress stretch? No.
The dress is marked a women’s size 8, but I’m listing it as a general women’s size medium, since it’s vintage & seems like it may run a bit small (maybe closer to a modern 6). Definitely check the measurements (flat, in inches):
