This is a large print by popular op art artist Victor Vasarely. It's hand signed in the bottom right and hand numbered 28/250. The frame size is 34" x 35". The image size is 24.5" x 24.5", not including the border or signature area. The print isn't perfectly flat. I can tell that there are slight undulations, but it's hard to tell because the op art looks like it's moving. I found one spot on the left middle of the print with a slight scratch, like from a fingernail (circled in a photo).

I also found two areas, circled in photos, with scratches on the acrylic front. It's definitely acrylic, and not glass. The frame is really nice, with a wood border that has a shiny gold finish, and linen interior with another thin gold frame right by the print. The corners have some chips in the finish and small ones on the edges.
