Unfortunately, orders cannot be accepted from Colombia or Mexico due to these countries' own customs policies prohibiting jewelry items in the mail. Italian orders are welcome but require a special delivery service, hence the inflated shipping cost.

Items are carefully wrapped ready to gift. Invoices are not included in the package so a gift recipient will not be aware of the item price.

Orders are packed and posted within 2 working days from Aberdeen, Scotland. Shop runs at GMT, generally if orders are placed before 2pm GMT they will be shipped the same day.
