Will I see my design before it’s made?

Yes! All custom orders include a design proof sent via Etsy messages for your approval before production.

What happens if I don’t respond to my proof?

If no response is received within 3 days, your order will be processed as is to avoid delays.

Can I make changes after approving my design? What if I made a mistake in my order?

No. Once a design is approved, it will go into production and no further changes can be made. Please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Can I cancel my order?

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please make sure all details are correct before purchasing.

What are the design requirements?

• Vinyl decals must be single-color designs • Very small or detailed text may need adjustments • Minor design changes may be made to ensure quality
