I have problem in downloading the digital file

All the Digital files is instant download, during the "success payment" page, there is a link to download the files, you will also receive an email with the download link. If you miss it, or accidently delete the Email. You can access with personal computer, open ETSY website using browser such as google chrome, log into your account, check my purchase record to download again. Some phone might have problem with etsy app, recommend switch to PC. drop me a message if you have problem in downloading

I cant find the private tutorial link

Pattern with youtube logo come with tutorial or private tutorial, the link is stated in the " .rtf" file . Open the file with WordPad or MS Office Word, copy and paste the link to your browser.

Whats your Digital pattern special in?

Most of our Digital pattern come with separated and unfolded parts, so you can save your time on separating and unfolding from flat pattern. Instructions such as EVA foam thickness, number of cuts are written in the pattern too. Some patterns come with tutorial video (with Youtube logo on cover) and a shopping list that state the items that you may want to shop for.

Where can I buy EVA foam and other material? any alternative?

You can get PVC and aluminum pipe from hardware shop, craft shop or online shop. EVA foam usually sell at craft shop, cosplay shop, or online shop such as Ebay, Amazon. We suggest getting help from local cosplay community (such as Facebook group), some cosplayer might sell EVA foam or they have recommendations on where you can get Eva foam in your area. **Recommended materials are for reference only. Any similar materials available for you will work the same if not better depend on how you craft it** How much is the total cost of material? That will depend on your country, for example EVA foam price might be pretty cheap or expensive in different country So I could not give you a confirmed answer on the price.

How should I print my template?

It is recommended to print without margins(border-less) or print with same margin for all pages, borderless for best result. Recommended setting for printer (example Canon G2010) - Set Page Sizing & Handling to Actual size in printer setting. - Click properties in printer setting - In Quick Setup tab, set Printer Paper size to A4. - Check the Borderless Printing in Additional Features. - In Page Setup tab, select “Borderless” for page layout. - Make sure there is no enlargement is set on the Amount of Enlarge slider. (Drag the slider to the most left) Note: -print with A4 size paper with dimension 210mm x 297mm. -Setting page may vary from printer to to printer. It is recommended to print at printing shop if you not sure

I am new to prop making and pattern

1. some of the prop require basic knowledge in crafting, if its is your first time, recommended get help from friends to built together, or ask someone commission 2. although some of the pattern come with free tutorial, but it's still depend on personal understanding (we sell the pattern only, tutorial are extra bonus we create to help for better understanding) 3. our pattern file is ready to print A4 PDF, please do NOT adjust/edit the image again, that will lead to fault such as size not match 4. if you are not sure how to print, please print at printing shop or library 5. if you are not sure your paper is A4, you can use a ruler to measure if they are 210mm x 297mm. 6. to open PDF file, you need adobe acrobat reader
