Crisp sound - the floating magnetic ring is designed to reduce or nearly eliminate negative impact on the sound by reducing the mass that is in contact with the pan. The stands open design allows sound to flow freely from the gu hole!

The lap stand securely mounts to the underside of your hand pan using 8 - 20 lbs neodymium magnets. These magnets are coated with anti-scratch coating, and the design of the stand provides a extra bit of protection from metal to metal contact with a raised plastic lip, keeping your hand pan scratch-free!

Refer to the photos for measurements. Measure the diameter of the flattest spot, or crest around your gu hole. Keep in mind, the measurements in the photos are from the center of the magnets. The magnets are 16mm round, so this gives you a 8mm buffer on each side of the center. Your pan may not exactly match the measurements, but you can choose the closest one. If you choose wrong, you can always buy another ring to swap out or use it with other pans with different sizes. Please contact me to buy another ring. NOTE: Spare/replacement rings do not include magnets or the rubber flange, these are swapped over to your replacement ring.

The Floor stand accessory very securely attaches around the lap stand with 2 strong 40lbs neodymium magnets.

This lap stand is fully 3d Printed with biodegradable plastic using the highest standards in the industry. Using high end machines and increased wall and infill settings to provide a sturdy and long lasting accessory for your enjoyment.

The process of 3d printing is different from common injection molded items you find in the store. The printing process builds the item, line by line. These very fine layers may have tiny visual imperfections when examined very closely.

The lap stand should be treated just like your hand pan:
Keep out of direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time
Keep away from extreme heat or left inside hot cars
Avoid dropping your stand
