Can I wear your jewelry in the water?

My 14k gold filled jewelry is high quality and made to last even if worn in the water. If something is labeled ‘gold vermeil’ or 'gold plated' these should not be worn in water. Please see individual listing descriptions for exact materials used and care tips.

What is 14k gold filled?

“Gold-filled” is a USA industry standard that legally requires 1/20th, or 5% pure gold by weight. It’s a strictly regulated process that involves pressure bonding multiple layers of solid 14k gold with extreme heat over a core of high quality jeweler’s brass resulting in a durable, quality real gold product.

How do I best care for your jewelry?

14k gold filled jewelry is made to last many years. If you notice your jewelry becoming slightly dull in color over time and wear, clean it with warm water, mild soap and dry with a soft cloth. You can also polish your jewelry back to a brilliant shine with a gold jewelry polishing cloth or pro polish pad which can be found for purchase in my shop.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Because our jewelry is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your order, feel free to contact us. In most cases, if you ordered an item in the wrong size, we can swap that out or process a resize for you. If you need a ring resized, a resize fee may apply to cover labor and shipping.

Do you offer rush production?

All orders will be processed in our standard 3-7 business days. If you need it SOONER you can upgrade to 'RUSH MY ORDER' under the shipping drop down menu at checkout. It will be processed in 2 business days.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

Rune and Light is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.
