The Practice Ripcord is designed to be your training partner — not necessarily for tournament play, but for everyday launches, testing combos, and preserving your original long ripcord from wear and tear while still delivering the power and feel that long ripcords are known for.

It’s also perfect if you have another blader who doesn’t own a long ripcord yet and you want to keep matches feeling fair and balanced without needing to buy another expensive official setup.

And yes, it’s surprisingly durable. As someone who can comfortably row 315 lbs, I’ve personally tested this ripcord through 100+ launches at over 15,000 RPM, and it’s still holding up strong. Of course, it’s not injection molded like the original, so it won’t match OEM durability forever — but it is built to last through a solid amount of practice and regular use.

The teeth are precisely designed to match the original long ripcord specifications:

The biggest difference compared to the original is the smoothness of the pull. Once inserted, the fit and performance feel extremely satisfying, and the quality speaks for itself.
