As we work with natural wood and hand-poured epoxy resin, slight variations will naturally occur. Differences in wood grain, color tone, shape, and epoxy flow or wave pattern are expected and are a part of the handmade process.

Because of this, exact replication is not possible. Every tabletop is unique and one of a kind.

Cancellations based on production time or visual differences will not be accepted.

In rare situations, delays may occur during customs clearance, which are beyond our control.

Orders cannot be canceled due to customs or shipping delays.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Q: Will the product look exactly the same as the photos?
A: Not exactly. Since natural wood and hand-poured epoxy are used, variations in grain, color, resin movement, and shape will be present. These are not defects but part of the product’s uniqueness.

Q: Can I return the item if the color or pattern is different?
A: No. Returns are not accepted for minor visual variations caused by natural materials or the handmade process.

Q: Do you allow returns or cancellations?
A:
✅ Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged during transit, with photo proof submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
❌ No returns or cancellations are accepted for custom-made items.
📦 If a return is approved, return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer.

This product is made to order and handcrafted specifically for you.

Cancellations are allowed only within 12 hours of placing the order.
After 12 hours, only 30% of the order value will be refunded due to material and labor costs.
