Q1: What products does Padrift offer?

A: We specialize in three main product categories: premium mouse pads (3mm thick, ultra-precision surface, non-slip rubber base), chair mats (three-layer construction with faux leather bottom, sponge middle, and velvet-like fabric top — comfortable in all four seasons, non-slip on any floor, and chair-friendly), and TCG/gaming playmats in single and double-player sizes at 3mm thickness for extra durability. All products are manufactured in-house at our facility in Turkey.

Q2: Are your products made by you or dropshipped?

A: We are not a dropshipping company. Every product is manufactured, inspected, and shipped by our own team. Before your order leaves our workshop, we photograph your actual finished product and share it with you — so you know exactly what's on its way. What you see is what you get.

Q3: How fast is production and shipping?

A: Orders placed on business days are handed to the carrier by the next business day at the latest. Delivery to Europe takes approximately 2 business days, and delivery to the USA takes approximately 3 business days. We ship from Turkey, right at the crossroads of Europe and Asia — no 5-day production queues or 10-day shipping windows.

Q4: What happens if my order gets lost in transit

A: Your order is under our guarantee until it reaches your doorstep. If tracking shows an issue, we contact the carrier directly. If the package is confirmed lost, we reproduce and reship your order at no extra cost. You won't have to deal with the carrier — lost packages are entirely our responsibility.

Q5: Will I be charged import duties or taxes on my order in the USA?

A: As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. government eliminated the de minimis exemption, meaning all imports — regardless of value — are now subject to customs duties and taxes. At Padrift, we cover these import duties and taxes for you. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No surprise fees, no customs charges, no additional costs upon delivery.

Q6: Why do you ask for my phone number?

A: We share your phone number only with the shipping carrier. If your package is held at customs or if there's an address issue, the carrier needs a way to reach you directly. This helps prevent delivery delays and ensures your order arrives smoothly.

Q7: Do you offer custom designs?

A: Yes! You can share your artwork or idea with us, and our professional graphic design team will prepare a print-ready design for you. Custom designs are available on mouse pads, chair mats, and TCG playmats. Please note that custom sizing is available only for chair mats — mouse pads come in fixed standard sizes.

Q8: How should I care for my products?

A: Mouse pads: gently hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water, rinse thoroughly, and air dry on a flat surface. Do not wring, iron, or tumble dry. Chair mats: machine washable on a gentle cold cycle, then air dry. Avoid bleach, high heat, or abrasive tools on any product. With basic care, our products last for years.
