Response from jacob

Hi, I’m truly sorry that you didn’t have the experience you hoped for. We genuinely wanted to help resolve the issue, so I reached out to you several times to better understand your concerns, show you how to arrange the items properly, and even offered a full refund. Unfortunately, I didn’t hear back from you, so I wasn’t able to assist you further. We sincerely wish we could have had the opportunity to make things right for you.
