Hello. The ZIP archives were available for download through Etsy under “Purchases and Reviews.” After the buyer left this review, I resent all archives by email. When she said she could not open ZIP files, I then sent every included file individually without archives. The product was fully delivered in all listed formats. Providing technical instruction on how to use software or manage files on a buyer’s personal computer is outside the scope of a digital seller’s responsibility. A buyer’s inability to download or open standard ZIP files does not make the product defective or a “waste of money".
