This chronic fatigue and ME/CFS symptom journal gives you one organized place to track energy, symptoms, activity, pacing, and recovery so you can review patterns over time.

QUICK OVERVIEW

A full-year chronic fatigue and ME/CFS journal designed to help you track your energy, symptoms, activity, pacing, recovery, and important health information in one place.

• Track daily: Record energy, symptoms, sleep, activities, energy cost, after-effects, and pacing across the day.

• Review patterns over time: Weekly and monthly pages help you look back at energy, symptoms, crashes, pacing, habits, and changes instead of relying on memory.

• Support energy pacing: Track whether you stayed within your energy envelope, pushed beyond it, or crashed, along with activities and their after-effects.

• Prepare for appointments: Organize symptoms, monthly information, medication notes, questions, and changes you may want to discuss with your doctor or care team.

• What you get: Exactly 840 pages of undated daily, weekly, monthly, habit-tracking, and doctor appointment pages covering one full year.

FULL DETAILS

Daily Log

Each day has two dedicated pages so you have space to record more than a simple symptom rating.

Page 1 tracks overnight recovery, including sleep hours, sleep quality, and your morning state. You can then record your energy, pain, and brain fog across the morning, afternoon, and evening, along with the energy cost of activities and your pacing status: on track, pushed, or crashed.

A full activity log gives you space to record what you did, the energy cost, and any after-effects.

Page 2 includes a 14-symptom daily check covering fatigue, brain fog, headache, muscle pain, joint pain, nausea, dizziness, shortness of breath, anxiety, low mood, PEM/crash, poor sleep, and sensory sensitivity.

You can also rate your overall day from 1–10, note what gave you energy versus what drained it, and record one pacing adjustment to consider for the following day.

Weekly Review

The weekly review helps you step back from individual daily entries and look at the pattern across the week.

A 7-day energy bar chart gives you a visual view of your energy across the week. You can record your overall pacing, including whether you stayed within your energy envelope, pushed slightly, or crashed.

You can also record your best and worst energy day and why, what helped most, what drained you most, an 8-symptom frequency grid, a 6-habit self-care checklist, and notes for your next doctor visit.

Monthly Overview

The monthly overview gives you a broader view of what happened throughout the month.

Record your average energy, pain, and sleep, along with your number of crash days. An energy calendar lets you record and review how your energy varied across the month.

You can also record your top three symptoms and their frequency, patterns you noticed, medication or treatment changes, and your own monthly reflection.

Monthly Habit Tracker

A 31-day fill-in grid covers 15 health habits, including medication, hydration, gentle movement, sleep, pacing, rest breaks, doctor notes, and more.

Blank rows are also included so you can add habits that are specific to your own routine.

Doctor Appointment Prep

Keep the information you may want to discuss at your next appointment organized before you get there.

Record the appointment date, doctor or clinic, and reason for the visit. Then bring together a snapshot of the month's average energy, pain, and sleep, along with crash days and your best and worst energy day.

There is space for the fatigue symptoms you want to discuss, medications that are working versus those that may need review, five questions to ask your doctor, and changes since your last visit.

Instead of trying to reconstruct what happened over the previous weeks from memory, you have a dedicated place to organize the information you have been tracking.

Printable + Digital

This journal contains exactly 840 pages because it provides two dedicated daily pages for every day of a full year, along with weekly reviews, monthly overviews, monthly habit-tracking pages, and doctor appointment preparation pages.

With two daily pages for 365 days, the daily logs alone provide 730 pages of dedicated tracking space. The remaining 110 pages are used for the weekly, monthly, habit-tracking, and appointment-preparation sections throughout the year.

This is not a short symptom checklist or a small set of reusable pages. The 840-page format gives you dedicated space to maintain a detailed record throughout the year and review the information you have recorded over time.

Use the PDF digitally on your phone, tablet, or computer, or print the pages and write by hand. The journal is undated, so you can start whenever you want without being tied to a specific calendar year.

One purchase includes the complete 840-page journal for one full year of tracking.

IMPORTANT NOTE

This journal is designed to help you track and organize your symptoms, energy, pacing, activities, and other health information for your own records and conversations with your healthcare professionals.

It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for guidance from a licensed healthcare professional.
