As of 2022, we are open pretty much world wide!! We do not ship to Germany or France due to the Packaging Laws Domestic & International shipping is available. Prices are listed in our shops or estimated at checkout. International buyers are fully responsible for all custom fees and import taxes, including VAT. We will NOT refund you these costs. International shipping time may take several weeks. All international packages are insured and a replacement item (if available) will be shipped if piece and packaging arrives damaged or is lost. If replacement is unavailable, order will be refunded in full. Replacements & refunds only available if contacted within 30 days of delivery (or estimated date for delivery, if item is lost)

Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges. And can I cancel or get a refund on a preorder?

Preorders CANNOT be cancelled or returned! In Stock Orders can be cancelled at anytime, so long as its prior to shipment/delivery (digital or physical product). This doesn't include Preorders. Despite being a small business, the artist is now full time employed, so refunds can be issued within 30 days, if not within just a few days or a week of the request. NOTE: Once a physical item ships and leaves our hands, you will have to wait and ship the package back to us before we will consider issuing any refunds. We will not cover any return shipping fees. ONLY exception is if product arrives broken (with proof)/damaged. Any returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of item's shipment.
