Are tariffs for the US included in the pricing?

From October 10th 2025 all costs shown in your basket for shipping your order to the U.S. include shipping costs as well as tariffs and customs fees. The customs clearance fee applied by U.S. Customs is already included in the total amount you pay at checkout in our shop. Your order may cost more than before due to these changes, but you will know the charges upfront. No surprises on arrival of the parcel in the US. We understand that these new rules may be confusing, especially if you have never dealt with international tariffs before. What additional costs are applied to my US order?

Can I wear my vintage Swatch without problems?

The Swatches that we sell here are vintage watches, meaning many of them are 25 years old or older. In all these years the materials that Swatch used (plastic, leather, rubber) have become fragile because they dried out. This means that these Swatches are not as reliable anymore as they were a few decades ago. If you are planning on wearing your Swatch, it will be very likely that you will need to replace your strap by a new one sooner or later. Some vintage straps may hold for some time but others may crack soon. We cannot tell you which one will hold and which one will not.

Do these Swatch watches come with warranty?

The Swatch products we sell are up to 35 years old. This means they have lost their warranty already many years ago. We offer Swatch watches and accessories as collectibles and not as 100% reliable timekeepers. Materials may have dried out over the years which makes that parts could break at some moment. Vintage Swatch watches might also be less reliable when it comes to time keeping. A vintage Swatch might ‘lose’ time so perfect time keeping is not something we can guarantee. Non-perfect time keeping does not qualify for a refund or return of your order.

Mailbox deliveries and carrier used.

Our parcels are shipped with Correos ( the Spanish national postal services). Depending on the size of the Swatch box, it will be shipped in a mailbox parcel or if the box is too big, as a regular parcel. The mailbox parcels are not personally handed over but dropped into your mailbox without prior notification. The larger regular parcels will require a personal handover.
