What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Damage is uncommon, but occasionally items can be affected during delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me through Etsy Messages as soon as possible and include clear photographs of the item, packaging and delivery label. Once the damage has been confirmed, I will arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible. Please keep the item and packaging until the issue has been resolved, as the printer or delivery provider may need the photographs or further information. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights or any rights available through Etsy Purchase Protection.

Custom and personalised orders

Many designs can be adapted to another size, style or personalised. Please message me before ordering with the size or changes you have in mind, and I will confirm whether these are possible.

Will the colours look exactly the same as they do on my screen?

Every effort is made to represent the artwork accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting and the printing process. These small variations are normal and help make each printed piece feel unique.

When will my order arrive?

Each item is printed to order. The estimated delivery window is shown on the individual listing and again at checkout. Although most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional carrier or customs delays can occur. Tracking information will be added to your Etsy order where available.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. As each item is printed to order, production may begin shortly after purchase, so I cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once production has started. Please refer to the return and cancellation policy shown on the individual listing for full details.

How is my print packaged?

Prints are professionally produced and sent in protective packaging suitable for their size. Packaging may vary depending on the print dimensions and delivery location, but each order is packaged to help protect it during transit.

Prints are available either framed or as print-only, depending on the option selected when ordering. Framed prints are supplied without a mount, so the artwork fills the frame rather than sitting behind a surrounding border. Please check the individual listing for the available frame colours, materials and sizes.

I love this print. It’s exactly what my office needed. Even though it arrived one day outside of the estimated delivery date, it was definitely worth the weight. I would definitely order from them again. They reached out to me each step of the way, made me feel special. Very pleased with my new print.
