Your work; our prints! We take your design, photo, artwork and print it at a professional level to get you a beautiful print you can display with excitement! We can print just about any size! If you don't see your size listed, just reach out and ask about it.

HOW TO ORDER:

1. Select the size you want from the dropdown price box and purchase this listing. If you don't see the size you need, feel free to contact us for a custom size. (PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ONE SIZE AND ASK FOR A BIGGER SIZE.)

2. Select the material you want your file printed on. We offer Canvas, Textured Paper, Matte Paper, and Photo Paper. For more info on paper types, see below!

3. Choose quantity of prints.

4. Either Upload your images at checkout, or after you have checked out, send a digital file of your artwork/photography via the "Ask a question" box or "Contact Shop Owner." You can also email it to thistleco26 [!at] gmail.com, if you prefer.

5. Marketing Agreement: by selecting "I Agree" you are granting us permission to use photos of our shop, employees, and process on our social media that might include images of your prints. We use these images on social media and other online platforms to increase awareness of our small business and draw new customers to our shop. If you prefer to opt out of this agreement you can select "Opt Out" and we will not feature images that include your print in them. If you choose to adjust your decision after purchasing, reach out to thistleco26 [!at] gmail.com and we can make adjustments as needed.

PAPER DESCRIPTIONS:

"Matte Paper", 300 GSM, 19 mil, acid-free, 100% cotton rag.
This paper has a smooth finish, similar to a heavy card stock.
Best for: digital artwork, posters, text, detailed drawings, bold abstracts, images that already contain heavy texturing.

"Textured Paper", 255 GSM, 19 mil, acid-free, 100% cotton rag.
This paper is slightly textured, similar to cold-pressed watercolor paper. It's a lighter weight than the Matte Paper.
Best for: watercolor paintings, chalk pastels, sketches, soft vintage appearance.

"Canvas", 395 GSM, 23 mil, acid-free, lignin free, heavyweight cotton-poly blend.
This is a coated canvas, similar to gessoed canvas for painting. It has a non-reflective matte surface.
Best for: oil or acrylic paintings, authentic artwork appearance (not recommended for images containing small text).

"Luster Photo Paper", 240 GSM, 10 mil.
This paper produces vivid, lifelike images with a true photographic feel.
Best for: photographs, posters.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

- USPS DOES NOT GUARANTEE SHIPPING TIMES AND THEREFORE WE CANNOT EITHER. We always have your order in the mail within the allotted window, but we cannot guarantee timely arrival and we WILL NOT refund orders that arrive late. Our policy is to resend if the item has not been delivered by three weeks post shipment. Thank you for supporting small businesses and understanding that we are not a multi-billion dollar company and do not have the profit margins to pick up USPS’s slack. (If you need to receive your order by a certain date, please upgrade to Priority Shipping, as we’ve never had a Priority item get held up in shipping.)

- We do not offer refunds for items damaged in shipping. Our policy is to resend the order immediately with Priority Shipping.

- Failure to send your files within 24 hours of purchasing will result in a delay of printing. If you do not send your images/files within 2 business days of your order, we will cancel your order and issue a refund.

- We don’t design/lay out text or images for you, so please only purchase if you have a file ready for us to print. A free design website like Canva is a great option, if you want to design your print. For best quality, make sure your design is close in size to what you’re planning on purchasing (don’t design a 5x7” and order an 18x24”, or it will look pixilated), and save it as a PNG.

- If the file you send is not in the same ratio as the size selected, it will be cropped/resized at our discretion. Don't worry, we're artistic and will treat your work with the same care that we put into our own prints. If you have specific concerns, feel free to communicate them. Or simply do the editing yourself before sending to ensure it's exactly how you want it.

- If you order canvas, please note that it WILL NOT BE STRETCHED, and there will not be excess canvas around the edges to accommodate stretching. It will be cut to the exact dimensions ordered and need to be framed like a regular paper print. If you would like to stretch your canvas, you may request a custom order.
