PLUS ACT — CAPACITY
• Up to 2 compatible injectable hydrocortisone sodium succinate vials, with or without their outer boxes depending on the selected configuration
• 1 packaged syringe up to approximately 16.5 cm / 6.5 in long
• Separately packaged needles and small supplies (alcohol swabs, bandages), depending on dimensions and available space

Does not fit: three vials, packaged syringes or reconstitution systems longer than 16.5 cm / 6.5 in, oversized boxes or packaging, every supply format, configurations unlike the photos or a complete clinical setup. Medication must remain in its original labeled primary container.

The stated maximum length does not guarantee compatibility with every width, thickness, shape, flange, plunger, needle configuration or package.

MINI ACT — CAPACITY
• 1 compatible injectable hydrocortisone sodium succinate vial in its original labeled primary container, without the outer box
• 1 standard 3 mL syringe and one or more separately packaged needles, stored in the same compartment depending on dimensions
• 1 alcohol swab and a maximum of 1 adhesive bandage

Fits Solu-Cortef® Act-O-Vial® 100 mg and 250 mg vials (both strengths share the same vial body). The 500 mg Act-O-Vial® vial is larger and does NOT fit.

Does not fit: the outer box, a complete or heavily loaded kit, extra-long syringes or oversized packaging, or an internal information card. A syringe with an attached needle requires compatibility confirmation before ordering.

Mini is designed around a standard 3 mL syringe with a separate needle. Attached needles and combined or extra-long systems generally do not fit.

The cases are not universal. Formats vary by country, pharmacy, manufacturer and prescription. The medication name, “3 mL” or a stated length does not guarantee fit. Measure supplies as they will be carried, including sealed packaging. If unsure, send photos of the vial, box and packaged needles, each item’s dimensions (including packaged-syringe length, width and thickness), and the country where supplies were obtained before ordering. No personal medical information is required. Compatibility is not guaranteed for formats unlike the photos or packaging later changed by the manufacturer or pharmacy.

Rigid 3D-printed outer shells and organized PETG and TPU interior components, depending on the configuration. Dedicated locations help hold supplies in place, limit movement and make the contents visible. Integrated closures and clear external identification.

Layer lines and minor surface variations are normal with 3D printing. Dimensions and weights may vary slightly with the process and production adjustments.

PACKAGING, CARE AND SAFETY

Keep medication closed and identified in its original labeled primary container: no direct contact with the case, no transfer to another container and no label alterations. Keep syringes and needles sealed in their individual packaging until use. Do not cut, excessively bend or alter packaging to make it fit; never force supplies into place. Before removing an outer box, follow the medication’s official information and your pharmacist’s or healthcare professional’s recommendations. Keep the emergency plan, administration instructions and official medication information in a known, accessible location.

Limited physical protection: the case helps keep supplies together, limits movement and contact with other objects, and adds a barrier against some everyday pressure and impacts. It does not make anything unbreakable or guarantee integrity after a major fall, crushing, violent impact, misuse, extreme conditions or continued use while damaged. After a significant impact, inspect each item according to its official instructions. Do not use medication or supplies with apparently damaged containers or packaging; consult a pharmacist or healthcare professional if unsure.

The latch keeps the case closed during normal transport; it is not a lock. The case is not child-resistant, a lockable safety container or sterile. It does not replace prescribed storage precautions.

Water, dust and light: when closed, the case reduces some direct exposure, but it is not waterproof, submersible or airtight. There is no guarantee against water, moisture or dust ingress, and no certified UV protection. Original containers and packaging remain the primary protection. If the case gets wet, immediately remove the contents, let all parts dry completely and inspect packaging according to its official instructions. Consult a pharmacist if its condition is uncertain. MyGuardPod does not determine whether medication exposed to water, moisture, light or other environmental conditions remains usable.

Temperature: no control, regulation or monitoring. The case is not refrigerated or a certified thermal-insulation system; it does not protect against freezing, guarantee a stable temperature or extend storage limits. Do not leave medication in a vehicle exposed to excessive heat or cold. Follow official storage requirements and consult a pharmacist or healthcare professional with questions.

Regularly inspect the shell, latch, hinges and attachment points, interior, carrying attachments, supply fit, packaging and expiration dates. Stop using the case if cracked or severely deformed, if any part or attachment is damaged, loose or missing, if the latch malfunctions, if the interior deteriorates or if contents must be forced in or out. Replace a damaged case.

Remove the contents before cleaning. Use a soft, slightly damp cloth and allow all parts to dry completely before replacing supplies. No dishwasher, boiling water, direct heat, solvents or harsh chemicals.
