Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

Depending on what you ordered, your items may be made by different print partners and ship from different locations. International orders for some items are printed at the nearest manufacturer to you for faster delivery. You'll receive tracking for each shipment 🖤

How long will my order take to arrive?

Every item is made to order just for you! Most U.S. orders arrive within 1–2 weeks. Some items (like mahjong mats) are produced by a specialty partner and may take 2–3 weeks. Estimated delivery dates are shown on each listing, and every order ships with tracking.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

I do my best to make sure what you see is what you get! Minor color differences can happen depending on your screen settings, and small batch-to-batch variations in print or sizing are normal with made-to-order production.
