Our goal is to provide excellent value and service. We are always looking for good quality vintage items. These items may have minor flaws, imperfections or normal wear. We do our best to accurately describe all listed items and point out imperfections.

We combine shipping when we can. Since weights are estimated on occasion we underestimated, if that is the case we pay the difference, if it’s over estimated, we will refund the difference in the form of a credit.

For orders eligible for free shipping, we generally use Priority, unless the cost is significantly higher than Ground Shipping, which happens on occasion.

Please check shipping options. Priority Mail® is recommended as it is usually delivered quicker and automatically includes insurance. Choose the best option for you, but please note there is no automatic insurance on the lower priced shipping options. We wrap items with great care and take photos verifying condition the day we ship, as well as photos of how the item(s) are packaged. Without insurance we cannot provide refunds on items that arrive damaged.

If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, You Must Retain The Damaged Item, Do Not Return It. Due to fraud the US Postal Service has changed their policy for damage claims, pursuant to the following requirements of the USPS:

2.0 Providing Proof of Loss or Damage

“If a claim is filed because some or all of the contents are missing or damaged, The ADDRESSEE MUST retain the mailing container, including any damaged articles, all packaging, and any contents received. Upon written request by the USPS, the ADDRESSEE MUST make this proof available to the local Post Office for inspection, retention, and disposition in accordance with the claims decision. Failure to do so will result in denial of the claim.”

If the claim is denied due to lack of cooperation per the requirements above, We will not issue a refund. Once USPS approves the claim, we will issue a refund. Please note the USPS refunds the cost of the damaged item, they DO NOT refund shipping costs.
