Each piece is handmade to order. The current production time is 2-3 weeks before your item is ready to ship. Once your order is shipped, the delivery time is typically 4-6 business days to most destinations via tracked courier.
🌿Payment Plans
We offer a flexible payment plan option. The first payment will be $150 and then we can start your order. Your handcrafted item will be ready to ship once the full balance has been paid.
🌿Return and Exchange
We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery. But, the returned item that is not due to a quality issue, we apply a restocking fee (30% restocking fee for returns, while 20% restocking fee for exchanges).
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
· Custom-made jewelry (including the adjusted wedding bands)
· Any item that has been engraved
· Ring size over US 9 ¾
· Full eternity bands (where the stones go all the way around the ring)
