Because all of our home decor items (curtains, rugs, bedding, pillows, etc.) are custom made-to-order, the production process begins automatically immediately after purchase. For this reason, we cannot accept cancellations, order changes, or refunds once an order is placed. Please carefully double-check your selected sizes, designs, and shipping details before completing your purchase.

What if my item arrives damaged or has a printing error?

Quality is our top priority. If your item arrives damaged or with any printing defects, please send us a clear photo within 3 days of delivery. We will gladly send you a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer!

What is your return policy?

Since our products are custom made to order specifically for you, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. We only provide replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged or have factory errors. However, if there is any issue with your order, please reach out so we can help!

Custom and personalized orders

Don't worry, you are 100% protected! If your tracking shows no updates for more than 20 business days, we consider the package lost in transit. In this case, we will provide a full refund or reship your order immediately at no extra cost to you.

Why is the color slightly different from what I see on my screen?

We strive to display our colors as accurately as possible, but slight variations are completely normal. Devices display colors using glowing light, which makes images look brighter and highly saturated. In contrast, the physical printing process transfers ink onto textured fabrics (like rugs, curtains, pillows, and bedding). Because textile materials naturally absorb ink, the final printed product will always have a slightly softer, matte finish compared to the bright digital preview on your screen.

Why does my rug, bedding, or curtain have creases?

To ensure safe and efficient shipping, items like area rugs, bedding, and window curtains are folded and sometimes vacuum-sealed tightly. They may have hard creases right out of the box. - For Area Rugs: Lay them flat, and the creases will naturally relax in a few days. You can also place heavy objects on the corners to speed up the process. - For Curtains & Bedding: A quick wash, tumble dry on low, or a light steaming will easily remove any wrinkles!

How should I care for my home decor items?

We use high-quality inks designed to last. - Bedding, Pillows & Curtains: We recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle and tumble drying on low. - Area Rugs: Spot clean with mild soap and water, or vacuum using a low-suction setting without a beater bar. - General: Do not use bleach on any of our printed products.

As an independent creator, making sure you love your new decor is my top priority!
• Secure Packaging: Your rug is carefully placed into a bubble wrap bag to protect it, and then sealed in a sturdy box for safe transport.
• Delivery Note: For shipping convenience, the rug will arrive folded. You will likely see creases upon unpacking - this is totally normal! The creases will naturally disappear after a short period of time and will not affect the use or beauty of the rug. Just lay it flat and let it settle.
• Cancellations: Please review your chosen design and size carefully before purchasing. As orders are immediately sent to production, I am unable to accept cancellations once an order is placed.
• My Promise: If your item arrives damaged or has a printing hiccup, just snap a quick photo and send it my way. I’ll immediately arrange a replacement or refund!
