Turnaround Time
Up to 3 Weeks, but likely much sooner. Yeah, we know…you need this goblin warband for your game next weekend. We get it. But here's the deal: everything's made-to-order because we're not some warehouse operation with pallets of pre-printed bugbears gathering dust. Your order goes in the queue, we print it, we process it, and then it ships. Standard turnaround is about 3 weeks. Got a hard deadline? Message us. We'll do our best to bump you up the queue.

Assembly Required (Obviously)
Look, these aren't Happy Meal toys. Many miniatures come in multiple parts because that's how you get clean details and make painting easier. They ship unassembled. If you've never used super glue before, congratulations - you're about to learn a valuable life skill. We recommend gluing them together AFTER painting, unless you enjoy making your life harder.

Bases are included when the designer made a special sculpted base for the model. If they didn't, we'll throw in a basic base.

Support Removal & Surface Quality
We remove the supports. That's part of the service. But resin printing isn't magic - it's physics and chemistry having a fistfight. You might see some light scratches, dimples, or bumps where supports were attached. That's normal.

If we somehow missed a support (we're human, it happens), grab some tweezers and pluck it off yourself. Takes two seconds.

Want it perfect? Hit it with some fine-grit sandpaper (wet sanding works best) and primer. You were going to prime it anyway, right?

"Scale" is Not the Same as "Size" (Yes, Really)
Every creator has their own idea of what "28mm scale" means. A 28mm dragon is the size of a housecat. A 28mm ancient red dragon is the size of your kitchen. Scale is a ratio comparing the model to what it would be in "real life" - except goblins and owlbears aren't real, so it's basically artistic license all the way down.

Point is: if you need an exact height or width for your project, MESSAGE US. We can scale things up or down within reason, and we'd rather get it right than have you disappointed when your "medium" creature shows up looking like it belongs in Godzilla's weight class.

Damage & Refunds
Resin is tougher than you think but not indestructible. We are master wrappers and go beyond to prevent shipping mishaps. If your mini arrives damaged, let us know. We can usually refund the price of the damaged miniature. We can't refund shipping because that's on the carrier, not us.

What You're Actually Getting
This is a made-to-order 3D-printed resin miniature. Perfect for D&D, Pathfinder, Shadowdark, DCC, or whatever game Reddit is pretending has "the best rules" this week.

We print using 12k printers with a blend of ABS-like and flexible/tenacious resin at 20-30 micron resolution using anti-aliasing. That's the good stuff - maximum detail, minimal layer lines.

Your mini will arrive:
* Unsanded (see above about support marks)
* Unassembled (see above about super glue)
* Unprimed (you own primer, right?)
* Unpainted (we don't offer painting services - this is a YOU project)

Shipping Schedule
We ship on Mondays and Thursday, USA Pacific Time. Orders are printed in the order received - first come, first served, just like initiative rolls should be. Sometimes we have stuff in stock and can ship fast. Most times we don't.

About Those Product Photos
Most images in our listings are 3D renders of the model created by the sculpter. They show you what the DESIGN looks like, not what your gray resin print will look like when it arrives in a box. Your mini won't be painted. It won't be lit dramatically. It will be gray. This shouldn't be surprising.
