→ Browser & Device Compatibility Scope — explicitly NAMES supported browsers and versions (e.g., last 2 versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge desktop; iOS Safari 15+, Chrome Android last 2 versions) and supported device classes (e.g., desktop 1024px+, tablet 768px+, mobile 375px+). → Code Documentation, Repo Ownership & Knowledge Transfer — at handoff, Developer transfers GitHub / GitLab organization ownership of the project repo to Client's account; delivers README + architecture diagram + environment-setup guide + deployment runbook; one (1) knowledge-transfer call up to 60 minutes is included to walk Client's team through the codebase, deployment pipeline, and ops; additional KT sessions billable at hourly rate
→ Performance Disclaimer — no guaranteed page-load speeds beyond agreed SLA, no guaranteed uptime beyond hosting-provider SLA, no guaranteed third-party-API availability, no guaranteed business outcomes (signups, conversions, revenue) attributable to the build
→ Maintenance Scope Excluded — ongoing maintenance is a separate engagement. The contract names what's NOT included (third-party SDK upgrades, framework version bumps, security patches beyond initial delivery, dependency vulnerability remediation, content / configuration changes, new feature work) so "can you just add SSO?" gets quoted as a Change Order, not absorbed
