1️⃣ PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Standard processing time is 2–5 business days. Personalized or custom orders may require 3–7 business days depending on complexity. Estimated delivery time is approximately 2–3 weeks depending on the destination country and postal service workload. Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to customs, weather, holidays, seasonal delays, or carrier operations. All orders include tracking information. For selected expensive orders, signature confirmation may be required for buyer and seller protection. The seller cannot influence courier or postal service operations but will gladly assist with tracking updates and shipping investigations.

2️⃣ RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or if an error was made by the seller. Returns are not accepted due to change of mind, personal preferences, subjective expectations, incorrect expectations regarding size/color, or failure to read the listing description. All dimensions, details, and photos are clearly provided in each listing. Buyers must contact the seller within 7 days after delivery. Approved return items must be shipped back within 14 days in original unused condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer unless the seller made an error.

Custom-made and personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to their unique nature. For products requiring engraving or personalization approval, a layout/mockup may be sent before production begins. Production starts only after buyer approval. If the buyer does not respond within 48 hours, the seller reserves the right to proceed with production or shipping based on the information provided in the order.

The exact color/design selected during checkout will be shipped. Please allow slight color differences due to monitor settings, screen calibration, and lighting conditions during photography. For wooden products: each item is handmade and unique. Natural wood grain, texture, and shade variations are normal and are considered part of the product’s individuality and character.
