How thick is your wool felt?

The wool felt blend felts are typically 1 to 1.5mm thick. The 100% wool can be from 1.5 to 2.5 mm thick. The wool blend felt is softer than the 100% wool which is denser and thicker, therefore a little stiffer.

The manufacturer of the wool felt recommends dry cleaning.

How is your shipping calculated?

We use Etsy's real time postage calculator. However, it is not always correct when multiple items are purchased. If you want to avoid being over charged, please ask for a custom listing. We do refund shipping overages.

How quickly do you ship?

Digital downloads are immediate. PDF patterns in our kits are delivered via Etsy messaging within 24-48 business hours of purchase. Everything else in our shop is typically shipped the next day. PLEASE NOTE: During the Holiday Season which runs from October 1 to December 10, our shipping times may run behind 1 to 2 days.

Do you ship Internationally?

Not any longer. Unfortunately we have had, and continue to have so many problems with International shipping, even to Canada. As a result, we have decided (after long & careful consideration) not to do anymore international shipping. However, if you are willing to gamble your order with the Postal Services involved, we may consider custom orders. Please contact us for that.

How do I pick my felt or roving colors?

Each, "Choose Your Colors" felt or roving listing has several color charts next to the main photo. Go through the charts, select your colors and type them into the....Add your personalization box*. You will not be able to add to your cart, unless you fill out that information.

Where are your products made?

All of our Wool Felt is manufactured in the U.S. All of our Wool Roving is imported from New Zealand or the U.K. All of our Patterns are created and printed in the U.S.

What is the other content in the Wool Blend Felt?

Rayon is what is blended with our wool felt blends. Since rayon is made from wood pulp, it is a relatively inexpensive and renewable resource, so IT IS environmentally friendly. The Rayon wool blend, also retains the fire resistant properties of wool. We Carry A: 20% wool content felt 35% wool content felt 100% wool content felt

What amounts does your Roving come in?

1/4 ounce which is approximately 14" to 16" long, and 1.5" in diameter. 1/2 ounce which is approximately 29" to 32" long and 1.5" in diameter. 1 ounce which is approximately 58" to 63" long, and 1.5" in diameter. We, also carry some colors and blends in bulk.

When Is a Package Considered Delivered?

It is the responsibility of the (OofTF) to place the goods in the hands of a 3rd-party shipper such as USPS or FedEx. In this scenario, the carrier or shipping co. assumes risk until the package is delivered. Once a package leaves us and goes into the Shipper’s hands, it is no longer the responsibility of One of The Flock if the tracking number shows pkg. has been delivered. Check with family members to see if they brought the package in. Check with neighbors to see if they picked up the package for you. Contact your local Post Office or carrier and ask about the package. Please let us know if we can provide you with any documentation or proof of purchase. If your package was shipped by Priority Mail or FedEx it is insured for up to $100
