Can I just ship item back without contacting you?

No, you must first contact me (within 3 days of arrival).

Can I get a refund 6 months after purchase?

No. Etsy's system will not even give me the option to be able to refund you. Please contact me immediately if you are unhappy with your purchase.

Gift wrapping and packaging

When you select that the item is a gift, it only means that an invoice will not be included in the package, which I don't normally add an invoice. I do not offer gift wrapping. I do offer the option for smaller jewelry items a white cotton filled gift box for $1.00 (my cost) and I am happy to include a short note from you inside the package free of charge. Be sure to leave me a message at purchase what you want the note to say. The option for the box is under gift wrapping. Most all of my items come wrapped in white tissue paper included.

Can you resize this ring?

No. I am not a jeweler. I do not have the ways, means or skill to resize jewelry.

The shipping seems high, am I being overcharged?

Etsy determines the shipping cost, I just put in the weight and the dimensions. Etsy calculates the cost. I never add any handling fees.

It says my item will ship first class USPS mail, is this true?

The majority of all of my items ship via USPS Ground Advantage. This is the new first class mail. Etsy has just never updated this detail on the buyer side. Ground Advantage also comes with $100 of insurance and can also mail items that weigh more and won't have to pay more for Priority mail. That used to be the case. The prices it shows is the price for Ground Advantage. Even though it does not show that.
