This crystal brooch is absolutely gorgeous! It has so much sparkle, and the details and quality are even more beautiful in person. The first brooch arrived with a few crystals missing. It came with extra stones, but there was no glue to attach them. I contacted the seller, and they responded right away and offered either a refund or a replacement. I chose the replacement, and they even included glue in the second package so I could fix the original one. I thought that was very thoughtful. It is always nice to purchase from a company that takes responsibility when something goes wrong and truly wants the customer to be happy. I love the brooch, and I would definitely purchase from this shop again. Highly recommend!
I was amazed by how big it was. It was just what l was looking for. It is a gift for a friend l am sure she will be thrilled.
