What is your return/exchange policy?

Since our items are made to order just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. We include a size chart in every listing and strongly recommend comparing the measurements to a favorite shirt or sweatshirt you already own before ordering to ensure the best fit. Because of this, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues. However, if your item arrives with any printing issues or damage, please send us a message along with a photo. We’re always happy to help and will work quickly to make it right!

What are the estimated production and shipping times?

Our team pours their heart into every item, so production usually takes 2-5 business days. Once your masterpiece is ready, we’ll ship it out pronto! Shipping times vary, generally 3-7 business days, depending on where you are. We’re committed to delivering your order quickly while keeping top-notch quality. P.S. During holidays and peak seasons, it might take a bit longer, but we’re on it!

Why does my package say delivered but has not arrived, and tracking is unavailable?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing the tracking information. Please note that once the package has left our store, we don't have any control over it, and we only have access to the same tracking information that you do. In case of any issues with delivery, you'll need to reach out to USPS or your local post office for help. Unfortunately, we can't be held responsible for any packages that are lost due to USPS handling.

Comfort Colors® t-shirts are typically manufactured in Honduras or Mexico and made with 100% USA-grown cotton. They are then garment-dyed to create their signature soft, vintage feel. Gildan® sweatshirts and hoodies are primarily produced in Central America and the Caribbean, including Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador, and the Dominican Republic. Much of the cotton used is grown in the United States and spun into yarn in U.S. facilities before the garments are assembled internationally.
