Yes, we offer personalized, exclusive mock ups. If you need a custom format, specific dimensions, or a unique style, feel free to send a message. I’ll let you know if a custom order or adjusted listing is required.

What exactly will I receive?

You will receive a digital download only – no physical item will be shipped. The files typically include formats such as JPG and PNG - so you can easily place your design on top of the mockup with your preferred editor [like canva for example].

Can I use the mockups to create my own products for sale? [License]

Yes – you may use the mockups to showcase and sell your finished products (e.g., t-shirts, hoodies, prints) on platforms like Etsy, Shopify, Printful, and Printify. However, you may not resell or redistribute the mockup file itself, only the final product you create. You may not redistribute the mockup files, share, or give them away for free or upload it to any AI to alter or recreate or describe it!

Do you offer updates or future additions to the files?

If you purchase a bundle or a “whole-shop access” package, future additions may be included – please check the individual listing description to confirm whether “lifetime updates” or “all future files” are part of your purchase.

What if I encounter a problem with the file?

If the file is damaged, shows errors, or is missing components, please contact me directly via Etsy message. I’ll assist you promptly by sending a replacement file or guiding you through the technical issue.

Can I edit or customize the mockup files?

Yes – you can insert your design. But please refrain from substantially altering the main composition or using the file without modification in a way that would appear as the exact original image. Do not upload the mockup to AI for (re-)creation.

When can I download my files?

The download link becomes available immediately after payment confirmation. You will see it in your “Purchases & Reviews” section on Etsy. If you encounter any issues, please send me a message. I will help!

Can I upload the mockup without a design?

No. All mockups must be used with your own artwork. Blank uploads are not permitted and may result in a removal request. Mockups purchased from this shop must always be used with your own design applied. Uploading or distributing blank mockups is not allowed. Blank files are vulnerable to theft and unauthorized reuse, which harms both the original creator and your own business. If a blank mockup is found in use, a takedown request may be issued.
