Most hosts assume "1-night MNS = max revenue." It isn't. A 2-night minimum
books fewer total nights but spends 50% less on cleaning costs per night. A
3-night minimum books even fewer but maximizes per-stay revenue. A 7-night
minimum loses you most short-trip bookings but wins for cabins / beach houses
where 5-7 nights is the natural booking length anyway.

This workbook computes net revenue per night under each MNS using YOUR
property's actual cleaning cost, ADR, and demand pattern. Output: a
recommendation per property that often surprises operators by $2K-$5K/yr.
