We try our best to provide you with quality, authentic and safe products with as much information as possible. We are vintage and antique enthusiasts and not experts so we do not guarantee authenticity and safety. It is possible that we may not have an accurate and complete information. We get our merchandise from various sources and information on these items may be unavailable or limited.

3. Can you give a quote on actual shipping cost of multiple items ?

Absolutely ! We would be happy to give you a quote on actual combined shipping costs.

4. Do you gift wrap ?

We will indicate in the item description if an item is available for giftwrapping.

5. How do you reduce your carbon footprint ?

Great question ! When available, we try to reuse clean bubble wrap, boxes and other types of used packaging unless an item will be sent as a gift. We encourage everyone to recycle packaging and donate clean bubble wrap and packing peanuts to local businesses. Buying vintage and preloved items helps our environment and reduces our carbon footprint.

6.What should I do if an item gets damaged during shipping ?

We pack our items well to make sure they are delivered safely to our customers. If an item gets damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and do not throw away the original packaging. Since the purchased item is already in your possession, you may have to submit an insurance claim with the US Post office for items shipped within the US. You will need to show them the purchased item and the original packaging.

7. Do you ship internationally ?

Yes, we may ship some items outside the US. However, fragile and heavy items will most likely be shipped within the US only to avoid risks of breakage. The listing will indicate the countries where the item can be shipped to.

8. Can items be picked up locally ?

Items that are heavy or very fragile may be picked up locally depending on staff availability but please check with us first before purchasing your item online if you plan to pick up an item.
