Can I change my address on an order?

The accuracy of the shipping address is the buyer's responsibility. We cannot be held accountable for packages returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address. If we receive your address change request within 1 hour, we try our best to change the address for you. However, if an item shipped to a wrong address is sent back to us, you will be contacted with the amount to reship the item. We will not reship your item unless this amount is paid in full.

Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?

We all want your orders to arrive as quickly as possible, for this reason we are unable to cancel an order or make changes to it. *Prior to making a purchase, we kindly request that you thoroughly review all the information provided in the notes section to ensure its accuracy*.

When will I get my item?

We take between 1 to 4 business days to produce and ship the product. Please note that this is not the time when you will receive the product. You need to then add the shipping time, which typically ranges from 5 to 7 business days.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of the product being made to order, we can solely facilitate returns or exchanges in cases of misprints, damage, defects, or receiving an incorrect size (i.e., a mislabeled item). Please thoroughly examine your order upon arrival and reach out to us within 72 hours of delivery if you encounter any defects, damage, or incorrect items. We will promptly assess the issue and make it right. A return of the incorrect item/items may be required. In such instances, a return label will be sent to the email of your choosing for the return. If you refuse to return any item/items, we will not issue a refund or replacement until the return is complete. Kindly note, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors.

Will my item come with the props that are in the photo?

Please note that any items used as props in the photos are for styling purposes only and are NOT included with your purchase. Necklaces, leggings, hats, etc., shown in the images are intended to offer styling ideas but are NOT part of your order.
